Shop Policy

Payment Policy:

  1. Our default payment method is  Please contact us if you would like to use other methods. All major credit cards are accepted through the secure payment processor of PayPal.
  1. We usually keep the unpaid item only for 7 days. If the payment is completed already, the order will not be canceled until we could come to an agreement to resolve this problem properly with both having no loss.

 

Shipping Policy:

  1. Once your payment is verified, your items will be shipped within 48 hours. No shipment on Weekends.
  2. Please double-check your shipping address before proceeding with the payment. There will be an extra charge by the carrier for changing the shipping address and sometimes no such service is available.
  3. You can choose a faster shipping method, but if our carriers don’t offer such a service to your address, we will inform you timely and either cancel the order or ship it via the standard shipping method and refund the extra cost.
  4. Item(s) might be sent from us or our overseas warehouse(s) via UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. at our discretion, you are responsible for the import tax/duty (If Any) upon delivery.

Return Policy:

Pulsar Turbo System provides a 30-day money-back or item exchange (buyer’s choice) guarantee. The item(s) should be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for the refund/exchange, Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Please don’t refuse shipment without communication.

  • Restocking Fee:
    We charge a 10% restocking fee for unopened items in brand new condition. If the item is opened, damaged, dirty, broken, or not in the original packaging, we may charge a higher restocking fee.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    Please file a claim with the carrier if the goods arrive in a damaged condition. At the same time, please notify Pulsar Turbo System with pertinent information.
  • Shortage or Discrepancy Claim:
    Shortage or Discrepancy Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Pulsar Turbo System will either issue a credit or send a replacement(s) at no charge. Please send an email to us for instructions on how to address shortages or discrepancies.

 

Limited Warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against all our products for defects in materials and workmanship. If an approved warranty claim is made, we will, at our sole discretion, either credit the original purchaser with an amount equal to the original purchase price or replace the applicable Turbocharger Product free of charge within 30 days of approval. This is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, and it provides complete financial responsibility for a warranty claim.

Please note that individual components, rebuild kits, and upgrade kits are not covered by the warranty ONCE INSTALLED. This is due to our inability to determine the pre-existing condition of the turbocharger before the rebuild or installation process, as well as our inability to guarantee proper re-balancing and assembly of the turbochargers.
